Sometimes inspiration comes from the actual thing you bake your bread in.
I started using these pie tins in class so that we could each make our focaccias in a practical way, smaller and faster to bake individually than in a massive tray as well as being easier to move around in the oven to accommodate hot spots.
Now I’ve totally fallen in love with them.
A classic piece of enamelware that looks great from oven to table. Use for focaccias, tear and share breads, garlic bread, cinnamon buns and make them the star of the show, centre table for all to see.
