Designed with the home baker in mind, we use household ovens to bake a variety of beautiful breads that you can create at home.

We'll start off the evening with a cup of tea and homeade biscuit while we chat all about the delicious breads we will be making, and the ingredients we'll use. Then we'll get to work kneading our doughs!

These workshops are fully hands on so you'll be working in pairs to create a beautiful selection of breads that you'll take home, as well as you recipes for next time.While the bread bakes I'll show you how to russle up a fresh and wholesome supper that we'll enjoy with a glass of wine and fresh bread of course!


Location

These classes are hosted at wonderful Victoria's Kitchen at the Mayford Centre. It's a fully fitted kitchen designed exclusively for teaching, on the Guildford side of Woking, in the village of Mayford.

Car parking is on site and free, and if you are getting the train, the nearest station is a 7 minute taxi ride away.
