Festive breads all ready for the christmas season

Join me for a relaxed Pre-Christmas evening and learn to bake two of my favourite breads in time for the big day.

We'll start the evening with a glass of mulled wine and a minced pie before taking a seat for a step by step bread making demonstration.

You'll learn how to make my take on the classic Stollen, and a show stopping rosemary and cherry tomato plaited wreath bread. We'll talk about how to dress a stunning board of local cheeses with a homemade chutney too, and there will be plenty of tasters for you to enjoy along the way.

With lots of time for questions and chat, after this two hour demonstration you'll be well equipped with new ideas to wow your guests over the festive season!
