Join me for a relaxed demonstration evening and learn how to make these traditional Easter breads.

We'll start the evening with a glass of wine before taking a seat for a step by step bread making demonstration.

You'll learn my classic hot cross bun recipe and a rather special chocolate version too. Then we'll move on to a couple of Italian breads. Pane de Pasqua is an enriched dough flavoured with citrus and anise and decorated with coloured eggs, while the savoury Castiello is stuffed with mixed salami, pecorino and chopped egg and baked in a ring.

With lots of time for questions and chat, after this two hour demonstration you'll be well equipped with new ideas of things to make together with family and friends over the the Easter Weekend.
