France. The home of the baguette and the ultimate of all enriched breads, the brioche.

This workshop is your gateway to making classic French breads at home with excellent results. You’ll learn the principle of the baguette, brioche, and a rustic Pain de Campagne.

We’ll be using preferments to develop great flavour and texture, couches and bannetons to rest our shaped dough, and we’ll be stone baking for perfect shape, crust and oven spring. Along the way we’ll talk in depth about how you can do what we did in your own oven at home, and get exactly the same results.

Crusty Stone Baked Baguettes & Epi

Pain de Campagne, French Country Style Loaf

Dark Chocolate Brioche

Your ticket includes

A four-hour relaxed bread making workshop with teas, coffees and homemade biscuits

All your breads and recipes to take home

A proper supper with glass of wine and fresh bread

The Mayford Centre, Woking

5:30pm-9:30pm
