Bread plays such an important part in summertime eating. It’s perfect portable picnic food, the containers for our barbequed triumphs and it can even be the chips for our dips…

Whether you are planning the most amazing hot smoked BBQ pulled pork this summer, or mint marinated skewers of charred haloumi, do the job justice and make your own bread too.

After this course you’ll have a few tricks up your sleeve to make the most delicious breads to enjoy al fresco, and to make sure you can enjoy the food without enduring the faff, we’ll even chat about the tactics you’ll need to be able to make the bread ahead of time while still serving it fresh on the day as you tend to the barbeque.

In this workshop we'll cover:

Sesame and Smoked Salt Brioche Burger Buns

Brioche Hotdog Rolls

Sour Cream and Chive Pita Breads

Filled Stromboli Picnic Bread

Pita Bread Crisps

Your ticket includes

A four-hour relaxed bread making workshop with teas, coffees and homemade biscuits

All your breads and recipes to take home

A proper supper with glass of wine and fresh bread
