Learn to bake four of my favourite Christmas breads in time for the big day. After this course you'll be well equipped with new ideas to wow your guests over the festive season.

You’ll be using traditional Christmas ingredients to create a variety of stunning breads from the sweet treats we all know and love, gift ideas, and a stunning centrepiece for your boxing day spread.

This workshop will be a real celebration, suitable for all abilities.

 

In this workshop we'll cover:

Mini Pannetone, lighter than air

Traditional Stollen with a homemade marzipan centre

A savoury cranberry and rosemary wreath bread, perfect for boxing day

Rye bread with nuts to accompany your Christmas cheeses

 

Your ticket includes

A four-hour relaxed bread making workshop with teas, coffees and homemade biscuits

All your breads and recipes to take home

A proper supper with glass of wine and fresh bread

 

The Mayford Centre, Woking

5:30pm-9:30pm
