BEHOLD the beauty of this… the 10th Anniversary Limited Edition Bake with Jack Dough Scraper.

Lovingly embossed with the really quite splendid 10th Anniversary toaster this scraper somes in one colour and one colour only. Yes, it’s “Jack’s Wall” blue. NICE.

Here’s the spec from the original:

I use these for literally everything but by far, they are most useful when kneading. The most common mistake I find when people are making bread is dusting the dough with additional flour when kneading it to stop it sticking to the table. This then tightens up the dough making for a dense and heavy loaf. Use your scraper to release the dough from the table every once in a while completely cutting out the need to add extra flour and you’ll be well on your way to bread success!

Use your scraper to:

  • Mix your dough nicely

  • Knead your dough with ZERO flour

  • Scoop it from the bowl wasting NOTHING

  • Cut and divide your dough

  • Unstick your dough from the table (and yourself)

  • Tidy up excess dust

  • CLEAN your table

  • Lift dough pieces without stretching

  • Spread stuff – butter, fillings, FLAVOURED BUTTER (mmmm….)

  • Cutting artistic shapes like Fougasse

  • Scrape ice from your windscreen in the winter (gloves required)

  • Grouting between tiles (please wash well after use)

The Bake with Jack dough scraper has two straight edges for cutting and scraping, and a long curved edge for unsticking dough from your bowl. Perfect flexibility.

Features are NOT limited to bread only; also apply to Pasta and Pastry and anything else you can think of.

Made in the UK from fully recyclable food grade polypropylene.
