I like to keep the cloths I use for proving my bread separate from the rest of the cloths and tea towels in my kitchen to prevent any soapy, detergent fragrances from getting into my bread dough.
Measuring 81cm/32inches long by 48cm/19inches wide, these are more than adequate for covering proving dough, and even using as a lightweight couche too.
These are lightweight cloths made from 100% natural cotton, wash cool to minimize shrinkage and expect the colour to lighten slightly if you are washing regularly.
