I like to keep the cloths I use for proving my bread separate from the rest of the cloths and tea towels in my kitchen to prevent any soapy, detergent fragrances getting into my bread dough.

These are lightweight cloths made from 100% natural cotton and so please expect the colour to lighten slightly if you are washing regularly.
