Shaping up rolls isn't as simple as just rolling them up like playdough, there is a little more to it than that. Heres how to get them nice and round so that they prove up beautifully.
The most useful bread making tool, hands down.
I use these for literally everything but by far, they are most useful when kneading. The most common mistake I find when people are making bread is dusting the dough with additional flour when kneading it to stop it sticking to the table. This then tightens up the dough making for a dense and heavy loaf. Use your scraper to release the dough from the table every once in a while completely cutting out the need to add extra flour and you’ll be well on your way to bread success!
The Bake with Jack dough scraper has two straight edges for cutting and scraping, and a long curved edge for unsticking dough from your bowl. Perfect flexibility.
Made in the UK from fully recyclable food grade polypropylene.
